  • Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed or unable to be processed.

Dresses, Swimwear, and Clothing Condition

Women’s clothing must be returned in a condition that allows it to be properly reviewed. Dresses, casual pieces, and other wardrobe items should not show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or personal use.

Swimwear requires extra care because of hygiene standards. Swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original protective liners, tags, and packaging intact when applicable. Swimwear that has been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without required hygiene protection may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return depending on their condition, category, or the way they were handled after delivery.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, damaged, or stained.
  • Items with removed tags, missing packaging, or missing protective liners when applicable.
  • Swimwear that does not meet hygiene and condition requirements.
  • Items returned with signs of perfume, smoke, deodorant, makeup, or other personal marks.
  • Items not purchased directly from Dropship Rabit.

How to Request a Return

Dropship Rabit is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or sent to the wrong address without following the provided return instructions.

For delivery costs before purchase, customers can review our Shipping Policy. Orders of $59.00 or more qualify for free shipping, and orders under $59.00 are charged a flat shipping fee of $6.99.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Problem Orders
